The presenting author must be registered by the 31 st July 2019 for the paper to be included in the proceedings and scheduled for presentation. Each participant may present a maximum of four papers.

The registration fees include:

Conference booklet and conference proceedings in electronic format;

    Terms and condisctions

    The Civil Engineering Department of University of Coimbra Portugal- ACIV (herein referred to as “the hosts”) are hosting the CoRASS2019( herein referred to as “the event”). The hosts will collect personally identifiable information for the sole purpose of conducting business directly related to the event on its website and by e-mail, telephone, facsimile, and ground mail services.

    The hosts will not share this information with any third party for any reason, unless required by local, state, or federal law or to comply with a court order.

    Conference attendees assume responsibility for transportation, lodging, and meals that are not explicitly included in the conference fee(s) and stated in writing from the hosts.

    The hosts will, in good faith, collect monies from attendees in the form of conference fees to pay debts incurred in the course of planning and running the event. The hosts will cooperate with attendees to resolve any problems encountered during the fee payment process. Attendees agree to the fee schedule and refund policy stated on page one (1) of this registration form.

    The hosts reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event should unforeseeable and/or unavoidable circumstances require it. Should the hosts cancel the event, the hosts will issue a full refund of all paid conference fees within a reasonable time period to all registered attendees.

    The hosts reserve the right to alter the program to accommodate changes in content, facilities, or other factors. The hosts will make a reasonable attempt to notify all attendees of program alterations when necessary and appropriate.
